How can I contact you?
You can fill out the Contact Us form or you can email us at admin@ndsbeautypro.com . In regards to your order, please include your name and order number.
Can I cancel/ add/ edit my order once it has been placed?
Please contact us by email support@ndsbeautypro.com to change your order. If your order has been processed and shipped out, we cannot cancel your order.
What if I entered a wrong shipping address?
Please contact us by email support@ndsbeautypro.com with your order number. We will not be able to update the shipping address once the order has been processed and shipped out.
Will you restock products?
We frequently restock popular products. Join our newsletter for updates and check back often!
Why did I receive a partial refund?
If your order comes with monomer, our shipping system will accidentally overcharge you. We are currently trying to fix this issue. For the time being, we will manually refund the amount that was overcharged. Thank you for your understanding.
My order is missing an item.
